Privacy

This page is short because this site collects very little. You can check: open your browser’s developer tools and look at the requests.

What this site does not do

  • It sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser.
  • It loads no third-party services: fonts, images, styles and scripts are served from this domain.
  • It does not measure its audience at the moment. If measurement is added, it will be described here before it goes live.

What your request sends us

The early access form sends your name, your email address and, if you fill them in, your site’s address and your message. They are used to reply and to tell you when access opens, nothing else. They are not sold or passed on to any partner.

To keep automated submissions out, the form also attaches a proof of work computed by your browser and a few counters about how it was filled in (time spent, number of keystrokes). Those counters contain nothing you typed.

  • Recipient: the Z29K team, publisher of this site.
  • Processing: a Z29K server hosted by OVHcloud, which forwards your request by email and keeps only a counter (date, subject, language); your IP address is used to limit the number of submissions.
  • Email: Microsoft, which hosts our mailbox in the European Union.
  • Legal basis: your request.
  • Retention: three years after our last exchange, then deletion.

Your rights

You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, and object to its processing. Write to contact@z29k.com: we reply within one month at most. If you disagree with our answer, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
